Okay, so I am kind of caught up now! I have been so busy this last month I haven't had time to even think about blogging! I actually am still that busy....I just was in the mood to blog a little. :) Anyway, I am going to get my weddings blogged someday....but I really need to get my other work done first. Sam

This is Sam. He was such a cute little baby! He kind of had a hard time getting to sleep, but after he did, he was really good at letting me pose him. I love doing newborn sessions! They are always very long, but I just love the results! Just look at how peaceful Sam looks in these pictures!

Jayden

This is Jayden. He was such a beautiful baby! He had some of the thickest hair I've ever seen on a newborn! The bottom picture is of Jayden with his big sister, Nyah.

Alyssa

This is Alyssa. Her session was my first for senior portraits. I was thrilled with the outcome. She is such a beautiful girl and was very photogenic.

Liam

This is Liam. What a cute baby boy!! He was such a stong little thing! I had him on his tummy to do that first shot and he just lifted his head right up.

Mia

This is Mia. She is such a beautiful and happy baby! This session was so fun to do just because of Mia's happy and playful personality.

Canvas Special!!!

Okay, so I decided to do a special on canvas prints. When you buy one print on canvas you get the second at HALF OFF! The second print has to be of the same size and of the same print. This is a great gift to give grandparents of your children for the holidays. I am offering this until the end of the year.

Levi

What a beautiful family!

I did Levi's newborn pictures 6 months ago. It's always so amazing to me how big babies get in just a few months. I shot this session at their house. He is SUCH a cute baby! He was giving me funny looks when I first got there, like, "who are you?!" But, he warmed up to me after a few minutes. He just adores his parents, though. They just talked to him and he was smiley as could be!

Hello again!!!

Wow!! I have been SO busy that posting on the blog hasn't even crossed my mind. I am really going to try and do a better job of it from now on.

I have now been doing photography for just about two and a half years. I have learned so much and have loved every minute of it. I would like to thank all of my wonderful clients who have brought their beautiful children to me to photograph. My business would not be where it is today without you!!

I now have I think 6 weddings "under my belt" now. I know, I know....it doesn't seem like a lot, but to a photographer who just started advertising for that industry, it's quite a few. I have a wonderful second photographer, Brooke, who is just a joy to work with.

I have now moved and have a little bit larger studio with much better ambiance. :-)

Anyway, I will post new updates and after all my sittings I will try to post at least one or two pictures, so stay tuned!!

Hannah on the Swing

This is my oldest daughter, Hannah. She is 23 months old. She is the most sneaky little girl I've ever known! She definitely keeps me on my toes! One of her favorite shows is Curious George. I just laugh when I watch it because he reminds me just of Hannah! Although she is super curious, and constantly getting into everything, she is incredibly sweet and loving.

Sydney's 3-month pictures

This is my youngest daughter, Sydney. She just turned 3 months, and is definitely a smiley baby! She is quite talkative, too. I'm going to take some more of her with her big sister, Hannah in a few days, so check back!!

Well, Ashlee and I made it through our first wedding! It was a long day, but was SO much fun! We are so excited about our new venture of wedding photography. We both have an eye for capturing details, and I thought we did a great job of it in this wedding. Looking through all 1500 + pictures we took, we definitely did an awesome job of capturing every moment!

For all those of you who don't know, I am a photographer in Las Vegas, Nevada. I will also travel to any destination to do a shoot. I specialize in maternity photography, baby photography, and wedding photography. I like to shoot maternity and newborns here in my studio. Families, babies, and children I like to shoot outside with some beautiful scenery. My goal is to capture the unique personalities of you and your children, so I try not to do posed shots. Of course, with families we will do some posed shots, but then I like to capture you all interacting as a family.

With weddings, I always have my second photographer with me. Her name is Ashlee, and she's really great at what she does! We have one camera with a wide-angle lens, so we can get the full-scenery of what's going on. Then we have a tele-photo lens on the other camera so we can capture the up-close and personal view of what's happening. We do not charge by the hour, but rather by the event. Your wedding day is very busy, and we want to capture everything from the bride and groom getting ready to the cutting of the cake at the end of the reception. We will shoot posed shots, but we also like to get a lot of candid shots.
